Glamorous vintage style parachute/dome lampshade for the lovers of neutral shades.
I have combined top quality faux silk from James Hare which has the appearance of traditional silk dupion but is more light fast making it ideal for lampshades. This classic champagne colour is topped off with a double layer of fringe for extra "swishyness", and braid both in a matching shade.
This lampshade is lined in ivory for the best light diffusion, other linings are available on request.
Each lampshade is handmade to order using the traditional method of individually stretching the fabric onto the frame and hand stitching in place. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Fittings- This lampshade has a duplex fitting which can be used on a lamp or a ceiling light. As part of the ordering process, you can select the required fitting to hang your shade at no additional cost.
Safety/Bulbs - Lampshades are treated with a flame-proof solution, however for your safety always use a low-energy LED lightbulb. This will also ensure longevity.
