Drum lampshades
Please allow 2/3 weeks for delivery of made-to-order lampshades.
Vintage-style and pleated lampshades
These lampshades are hand-stitched to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, although it will usually be faster.
If you need your lampshade in a hurry, please get in touch before ordering. I will do my best to help.

*Bespoke and restoration postage costs will vary depending on the size of the lampshade(s) and the number of items. Please refer to your specific illustration for details.
I will confirm an expected timescale with you for any bespoke items. This is dependent on my supplier’s timescales for any materials required to make your one-off lampshade and my workload.
I use tracked and insured services from Royal Mail or Parcelforce to deliver my lampshades. I will confirm the tracking information once your lampshade has been sent.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days of receiving your confirmation of dispatch email, please contact me at sharon@poshlampshades.com with your name and order details, and we will look into it for you.
EU & Northern Ireland
Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR regulations, I can no longer offer delivery to the EU or Northern Ireland.
International Postage
This is not currently available.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification confirming the tracking number, which you can use to check the delivery status.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
This is not available.
Samples
So you can see and feel the fabrics before committing to a purchase, you can order up to four free fabric samples (you only pay for postage). You can select either first or second class post. Simply add your chosen samples to your basket and select your preferred postage option at checkout. Postage fees are non-refundable.
